Join us! We’re recruiting a Finance Director

We’re looking for an exceptional executive leader to join us as Finance Director to steer the strategic and operational financial management of the charity as it scales up. Our ideal candidate will be an experienced and qualified finance professional who can drive performance and financial sustainability, build excellent relationships, and who is committed to women’s economic empowerment.

About the role

The Finance Director will be part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), along with the CEO, COO, Director of External Engagement and Director of Programmes and Impact.   

They will be responsible for leading and shaping the Foundation’s approach to financial planning and financial management, leading a financial improvement programme and ensuring the Foundation’s on-going financial sustainability.
