Road to Growth in Nigeria

Our flagship seven-week training programme Road to Growth has been delivered in Nigeria since 2015, with its fourth iteration running in Autumn 2021.

With the support of our partners, the ExxonMobil Foundation and the Enterprise Development Centre, we ran our seven-week intensive Road to Growth business training programme in Nigeria for the fourth time in 2021.

Road to Growth is one of the Foundation’s three flagship programmes. The seven-week intensive business management and investment readiness programme programme uses a unique, custom-built online learning tool.

100 women entrepreneurs have been selected to participate in our fourth Road to Growth programme in Nigeria. 50 of those selected will undertake combined in-class and online training, and 50 have been selected to take part in training which is completely online.

Our Road to Growth programme has run four times in Nigeria since 2015, when the programme was first piloted in the country. For more information about the history of the programme, please take a look at our Road to Growth programme page.
