Are you committed to working towards a world where women have equal rights to men, and have the economic independence they need to participate fully in society?

If so, then you could be the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women’s new Partnerships Development Manager.

This exciting new role has been developed to respond to the growth in our High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) Unrestricted Income pipeline after three successful years of the 100,000 Women Campaign. The campaign has transformed our income and engagement with our work from irregular to regular giving, helping to give shape and purpose to our membership community of donors, ambassadors and supporters.

As we wrap-up our successful campaign, we’re looking for an ambitious, experienced fundraiser to help us transition from the campaign to a formalised Membership Community. You’ll bring your experience of working with boards, giving networks and other fundraising structures to our international membership community and help regional chairs and members grow their fundraising activity and income over the next three years. Reporting to and working with the Senior Partnerships Manager for Major Donors, you’ll help identify pipeline opportunities and meet annual income targets. You’ll add to our roster of tried and tested fundraising events with innovative and creative new income generating ideas. You’ll help enable our membership community to spotlight the impact of our work and platform our advocacy and the voices of the women we work with. You’ll be equally adept at, and committed to, meeting the expectations of our donors, our internal stakeholders, and upholding the values and culture of our organisation. And you’ll be part of an ambitious team with plans to reach and surpass £1m p/a in Unrestricted Income during our next strategy period, 2023-2026.
