If so we are looking for an experienced and practical Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) expert who can work both independently and with teams to design and implement MEL systems for the Foundation as well as across our programmes and advocacy work as our Senior MEL Manager. We are a small team, with big commitments to enhance our understanding of the impact of our work has for Women Entrepreneurs and their economic empowerment. We are looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves and lead our work across the organisation and with partners to do this.

This is a part time, permanent role at 21- 28 hours a week with a salary range of £36,796 – £43,951 (pro rata).
