Working through a combined approach of programmes and advocacy, the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women helps release the potential of women entrepreneurs in low and middle income countries.

Through our work we support women entrepreneurs to start and grow successful micro, small and medium businesses to create better futures for themselves and their families, enable their communities to prosper and contribute to strong economies and move the world in a whole new direction. Over the 12 years since the Foundation’s inception, we have directly supported over 160,000 women across more than 100 countries, and our ambitions continue to grow.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled advocacy professional to join our team in a new role as a Senior Advocacy Advisor.

We looking for a highly motivated individual with demonstrable experience both designing programmatic work with beneficiaries and delivering policy and influencing work. You will be supporting the development of new advocacy content in our programmes with women entrepreneurs in Nigeria, Indonesia and Vietnam, so participants are empowered to identify and safely challenge systemic challenges to the success of womens’ businesses. You will also be leading on the operational delivery of our broader advocacy strategy focussing on developing our policy, influencing and research work.

This is a part time, permanent role at 21 hours per week (60%) with a salary range of £21,924 – £26,187 pro rata (£36,540 – £43,645 per annum).
