Are you a fundraising professional whose drive and passion can inspire prospects to become partners? Are you a creative self-starter who is network-savvy and always looking for the next opportunity? Are you committed to working towards a world where women have equal rights to men, and have the economic independence they need to participate fully in society?
If so, then you could be the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women’s new Partnerships Development Manager.
We know that women mean business, and so does the Foundation. Working through a combined approach of programmes and advocacy, we help release the potential of women entrepreneurs in low and middle income countries. Since 2008, we have supported over 160,000 women entrepreneurs, and we’re not stopping there.
In January this year, we launched our 100,000 Women Campaign, our three year target to support a further 100,000 women entrepreneurs by the end of 2022, raising £10 million over the same period to fund this vital work. With COVID-19 drastically impacting economies around the world, the need for our work is more vital than ever. With the support of our funding partners, we’re able to scale our tech-based and online-delivery programmes to support women to sustain and grow their businesses during the pandemic and beyond.
As Partnerships Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping us reach our target. You’ll be part of a dynamic and ambitious Partnerships Team, working strategically both collaboratively and independently to identify opportunities and secure new income from corporates, corporate trusts, and family trusts and foundations. You’ll join the dots to reveal new prospects and you will think outside the box in order to give us the competitive edge.
If this sounds like the sort of challenge you have been looking for, we welcome your application.
This is a full-time permanent position with a salary range of £30,450 – £35,425. You’ll be entitled to 28 days of annual leave (which includes 3 that must be taken at Christmas), and other benefits. We have a lively, friendly, passionate and hard-working team, with an international and collaborative culture.
